Shipping & Handling

All orders will be processed within 5 business days of confirmation. International purchases will be subject to additional taxes and fees and will also be processed within 5 business days of confirmation. Peyton, the artist will not be responsible for those fees.

Giclee Artist Proofs on Canvas and Custom Painting Orders - Shipping + Handling

 

  • Destinations Out of State/Outside of the Greater Los Angeles Area - The shipping/handling and boxing fees for limited edition giclee canvas proofs and custom paintings are NOT included in the final price of the piece. All limited edition giclee canvas proofs and custom paintings are shipped in custom made crates, sturdy cardboard boxes, or tubes depending on the client's selection.

 

For orders that are outside of the greater Los Angeles Area, to receive an exact shipping quote for your limited edition giclee canvas print, please email info@peytontheartist.com to get an exact shipping quote for your destination and we will get back to you within 24 hours.  

Shipping timeframes will be within 5-7 business days after artwork completion for domestic orders, and 10-15 business days for international orders, or depending on the final destination otherwise.

  • Destinations Within the Greater Los Angeles Area - There are NO shipping/handling fees for destinations inside the Greater Los Angeles Area. All limited edition giclee canvas prints and custom paintings will be hand delivered by Peyton, The Artist and her assistants.

The delivery timeframe will be within 1-2 business days of artwork completion.

All Other Products - Shipping + Handling

All other products are created and shipped on demand. Shipping can take between 5-7 business days to arrive for all domestic orders, and 10-12 business days for international orders.

We ship all orders via UPS, FedEx, Box City, or Art Couriers LA.

Handling 

All artworks and products are created, produced, and owned by Peyton, The Artist and handled with care by her assistants and art couriers.

 

Returns & Exchanges for Artwork & Products 

Sales and pricing on both listed and commissioned artwork are final. If you have any questions regarding a purchase, product damages, or commissions, please email info@peytontheartist.com
